PLEASE NOTE: Pathfinders Camp was inadvertently left off this year's summer camp brochure. Previously held the week of Independence Day, the 3-night session has been moved to July 24-27. Pathfinders is for children entering grades 2-4 in fall 2023.



Family Camp: $325 for families staying in retreat lodge;

$300 for families staying in bunkhouse cabins;

$200 for families staying in campground or offsite.

Price is for up to four family members. Add $35 for each additional family member attending.

No discounts are available for Family Camp.

After filling out and submitting the registration form above, complete your registration by paying either the $95 deposit (nonrefundable) or the full camp fees (see price list next to this paragraph). After clicking on the Register Now button, fill in the correct amount. (Mobile phone users, call for pricing.)


In addition to the early registration discount, parents can take ONE special discount.

Special discounts do not stack; for example, one cannot take

both a multi-session discount and a bring-a-friend discount.


Any camper who attends one session at full price

can take $100 off the cost for each subsequent session attended.



For any camper paying full price, each sibling of the camper can take $50 off camp fees.


Any camper who brings a first-time camper friend

to the same session can take $50 off camp fees.

First Time Camper

Any camper attending Camp Trinity for the first time can take $50 off camp fees.

Many campers receive financial assistance with camp fees. Parents in financial need can receive a financial aid application by simply requesting it via email at

The Mid-South District Lutheran Women's Missionary League,

congregations of the Mid-South District LCMS,

and individual donors.
